CBLi is written in IBM Mainframe Assembler,
is linked as AMODE=31 and uses standard
data management and system routines throughout.
Fixes to CBLi (referred to as ZAPs)
are produced to address specific problems
and possibly introduce minor new features
into the product.
The following table lists only those CBLi
ZAPs that are necessary
for successful execution on specific
versions/releases of each supported
operating system.

64-bit Architecture
No maintenance is required for CBLi
to execute successfully in a 64-bit system.
IBM has maintained support for AMODE=31 Assembler
programs in 64-bit OS/390, z/OS and z/VM operating
systems.
