| Maintenance support for CBLVCAT
release 2.12 and earlier has been discontinued.
It is recommended that all users upgrade to
CBLVCAT 3.00 (installed as part of the SELCOPY
Product Suite).
CBLVCAT is written in IBM Mainframe Assembler,
is linked as AMODE=31 and uses standard
data management and system routines throughout.
Fixes to CBLVCAT 2.12 (referred to as
ZAPs) are produced to address specific problems
and possibly introduce minor new features
into the product.
The following table lists only those CBLVCAT
ZAPs that are necessary
for successful execution on specific
versions/releases of each supported
operating system.

64-bit Architecture
No maintenance is required for CBLVCAT
to execute successfully in a 64-bit system.
IBM has maintained support for AMODE=31 Assembler
programs in 64-bit OS/390, z/OS and z/VM operating
systems.
The following table, covering top of range
to bottom of range, is a sample cross section

on which CBLVCAT 2.12 is known to be operational.
